Just around the corner is the 18th Annual Downtown West Allis Classic Car Show on Sunday, October, 5, 2008; a day full of fun and activities. Whether you are considering your first visit, or are a longtime participant, we would like to invite you, your family, and your vehicle to be part of this event.

We are pleased to announce, once again, that Greenfield Avenue will be closed during our Classic Car Show.  By doing so last year, we were able to have more cars, food vendors and activities and ensure the safety of our visitors.

COST:
• The cost to pre-register is $12 or $10 if you are part of a Car Club. The deadline for pre-registration is Thursday, September 25th.
• Day of Show rate is $15. Although you can register on the day of the event, we encourage pre-registration to ensure that you receive your free t-shirt, dash plaque and goodie bag.

PRE-REGISTER YOUR CAR:
• Please complete a registration form and send it along with your payment to us no later than Thursday, September 25th. Forms are available by contacting the Downtown West Allis BID office, or printing the form found by clicking here.
• New to the form this year includes your t-shirt size, email address, Car Club name and volunteer sign-up. Someone will be in contact with you if you decide to volunteer.

DAY OF SHOW - REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN:
• Registration will be located at 76th and Greenfield Avenue (West Allis City Hall Parking Lot).
• Please note: heading south on 76th: left turns into the City Hall Parking lot will not be permitted.
• To guarantee that you and your friends can have your vehicles in the same parking area, please arrive together.
• Check-in time for pre-registered car owners will begin at 6:30am.
• Those wishing to register their car on the day of show will begin at 7:30am.
Registration/check-in will be until 9:30am. For safety reasons, limited parking for late arrivals will be available.

PARKING ISSUES:
• For safety reasons, your vehicle must remain parked on Greenfield Avenue during the entire show.

HOT WHEEL RACES:
• Hot Wheel Races will be an added feature this year and run by the West Allis Auto Club. Bring your own 1/64” diecast car and join us for this fun and exciting activity. KIDS OF ALL AGES CAN COMPETE!!!
